"I have been specializing in pediatrics since graduation. I began working in St. Louis at St. Louis
Special School District for 2 years. Where I gained experience with developing educational programs,
working with adaptive equipment, training kids how to use power wheelchairs and wrote a grant for
wheelchair acessible exercise equipment. During these two years I also worked for one private PT and
a private PT clinic-P.S. Kids (positive support for kids).
"I moved to the Northwest in 2002 and worked for Portland Public Schools for the 1st year. Then I worked
at Vancouver Children's Therapy Center for 4 years. There I gained experience working with children birth
to 3 in an early intervention program and continued to gain experience with older children in their private
PT program.
"I am certified to do therasuit and intensive pediatric therapy. I have speciality skills in aquatic
therapy and I can cast for orthotics. I have also taken several continuing education courses focusing on
NDT, sensory integration, pediatrice yoga and massage, body weight supported gait training and SEMG."
